It is not so easy to forgive when you have been hurt, we have to ask our helper the Holy Spirit to help us. We sin against God every day, knowingly and unknowingly and He forgives us when we go to Him and ask for forgiveness. It takes time to go through the process to forgive, but with God all things are possible.
